At Keratech Coconut Oil Manufacturing Company Pvt Ltd , customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to deliver high-quality coconut-based food, wellness, and personal care products. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our food, wellness, and personal care products, we do not accept returns once the product package has been opened, used, or tampered with.

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions :

• The product received is damaged during delivery.
  
• The product received is defective.
  
• The wrong product was delivered.
  
• The product package is unopened and in its original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange :

• Opened or used products.
  
• Products with damaged or missing original packaging caused after delivery.
  
• Products returned without proof of purchase.
  
• Items purchased during special offers or clearance sales, unless damaged or defective.

Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide :

• Order number
  
• Photos of the product and packaging
  
• Description of the issue

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return or refund processing.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team :

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  
• Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.
  
• In certain cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Shipping Charges for Returns

• If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), return shipping costs will be covered by us.
  
• For other approved return cases, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
